Our commitment

RayCave Holdings, LLC is committed to making its websites and applications usable by people of all abilities. Accessibility is not a feature we add at the end — a site that a screen reader cannot read is simply a broken site.

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We describe this as a target rather than a certification. We test carefully, but no automated tool catches everything, and we would rather hear from you than claim perfection.

How this site is built

raycave.com is deliberately plain, which removes most common accessibility barriers before they can occur:

• No JavaScript. The site is static HTML and CSS. Nothing depends on scripts running, so nothing breaks when they don't.
• Semantic structure. Real landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), one h1 per page, and headings that descend in order without skipping levels.
• Skip link. The first item reachable by keyboard on every page jumps past the navigation directly to the main content.
• Keyboard operable. Every interactive element is a real link or button, reachable in a logical order, with a visible focus outline that we do not suppress.
• Color contrast. All text on this site exceeds the WCAG AA minimum of 4.5:1. Body text measures roughly 17:1 in light appearance and 16:1 in dark; the lightest secondary text measures about 6:1.
• No images carrying information. The site conveys its content in text, so there is no meaning locked inside a picture that alt text has to recover.
• Current page indicated. Navigation marks the active page with aria-current="page", so screen readers announce where you are.
• Light and dark appearance. The site follows your system setting, and both schemes are contrast-tested.
• Resizes cleanly. Text reflows without horizontal scrolling from phone widths up to large monitors, and at increased zoom levels.
• No cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking — and therefore no consent banners, interstitials, or pop-ups to navigate past.

Known limitations

• We have tested with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. We have not yet completed testing with NVDA or JAWS on Windows.

• Apple's App Store pages, and any other third-party page we link to, are outside our control.

Reporting a problem

Email support@raycave.com. It helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — but please write even if you would rather not include the details. We aim to respond within five business days.

We treat an accessibility report as a defect report, not a request. If something here excludes you, that is a bug in our work.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or contact your local accessibility enforcement authority.
